Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the carrots and broccoli to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the cooked vegetables to a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top.
