Crispy Bear Cream Puffs
Cream puffs originated in France and are also known as profiteroles. The bear shape adds a fun twist to this classic pastry.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, melt the butter in water over medium heat.

Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, shaping them into bear shapes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Cut the top off each cream puff and fill with whipped cream.

Place the top back on and dust with powdered sugar.

Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cream puffs.
