  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the strawberry puree on top and use a knife to swirl it into the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberry puree.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices.
