Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the batter, then swirl it with a knife.

Pour the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter layer and smooth the top. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
