Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
