Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, 1 cup granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and whipping cream until well combined. Pour over the crust.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack.
