  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. Arrange peach slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. In a small bowl, dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice cubes.
  6. Pour half of the gelatin mixture over the peach slices.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture and gelatin.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
