  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  3. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Cut each puff in half and fill with whipped cream.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with vanilla extract.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
