  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  8. Cut the cream puffs in half horizontally.
  9. Fill with whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  10. Place the top halves back on and serve.
