Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer soup to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Return the soup to the pot and stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives.
