  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and butter until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture, alternating with the yogurt and milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
