In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add all-purpose flour and mix until the dough comes together.

Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice the chilled dough into 1 cm thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
