Cranberry Walnut Streusel Bars

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.

In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the cranberry layer.

Bake for 35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
