  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and orange zest to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and orange juice. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
