Cranberry Eggnog Cheesecake
Eggnog is a traditional holiday drink that is often made with milk, cream, sugar, and eggs. It is commonly enjoyed during the winter season, especially around Christmas time.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggnog, vanilla extract, and flour, and mix until well combined.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce onto the cheesecake batter. Use a knife to swirl the cranberry sauce into the batter.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
