Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cornflakes, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.

Transfer the macaroons to a wire rack to cool completely.
