Roll out one portion of the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use a template or freehand to cut out the shapes for the cookie house walls, roof, and other decorations.

Transfer the cut-out shapes to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
