Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Spoon dollops of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
