  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend the digestive biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and add it to the biscuit crumbs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Stir in the lemon zest, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and golden brown on top.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  11. In a small saucepan, heat the marmalade and fresh orange juice over low heat until melted and well combined.
  12. Remove the cheesecake from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
  13. Pour the marmalade glaze over the top of the cheesecake.
  14. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.
  15. Serve chilled and enjoy!
