  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  9. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal slices.
  10. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cinnamon rolls for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to make the glaze.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
