Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden and are commonly enjoyed during fika, a traditional Swedish coffee break.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
