Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

In another bowl, mix together the remaining flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the blueberries.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
