  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press the mixture into the base of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mixed dried fruits, candied cherries, candied pineapple, and condensed milk. Spread this mixture evenly over the biscuit base.
  4. In two small bowls, add a few drops of green food coloring to one and red food coloring to the other. Mix well.
  5. Divide the desiccated coconut equally into the two colored bowls and mix until the coconut is evenly colored.
  6. Sprinkle the green coconut over half of the fruit mixture and the red coconut over the other half.
  7. Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Once set, remove from the fridge and sprinkle with icing sugar and edible glitter.
  9. Cut into squares or diamonds and serve chilled.
