  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. Sprinkle the English toffee bits evenly over the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and toffee bits.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  11. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.
