  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the melted chocolate and sour cream until well combined. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
