In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips, toffee bits, and chopped nuts (if using) over the condensed milk.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
