  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched.
  6. While the cake is still warm, dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar.
  7. Carefully invert the cake onto the towel and remove the parchment paper.
  8. Starting from one end, roll the cake tightly with the towel. Allow it to cool completely.
  9. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  10. Unroll the cooled cake and spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface.
  11. Carefully roll the cake back up, removing the towel as you go.
  12. Place the chocolate ganache in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in short intervals until melted.
  13. Pour the melted ganache over the rolled cake, spreading it evenly.
  14. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the ganache.
  15. Slice and serve the delicious Chocolate Swiss Roll.
