Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, and gently fold until just combined.

Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
