In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.

In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crust.

In a small saucepan, heat the whipping cream until it begins to steam. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer in the tart pan.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate ganache and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours to set.
