Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.

While the cakes are baking, prepare the pistachio cream by blending the pistachios and whipping cream until smooth.
