  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease four ramekins.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
  8. While the cakes are baking, prepare the pistachio cream by blending the pistachios and whipping cream until smooth.
  9. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Carefully invert each cake onto a serving plate.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with a dollop of pistachio cream on top.
