Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, crush the chocolate cookies until they become fine crumbs.

Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the crushed cookies. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Add the Kahlua liqueur and mix well.
