  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the boiling water and mix until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the greased Bundt pan.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the chocolate chips.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
  10. Invert the cake onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
