  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Press an almond into the front of each ball to create the mouse's face.
  7. Use a toothpick or skewer to create small holes for the ears, and insert sliced almonds.
  8. Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes on the almond face.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
