  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and flour until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 2 hours.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
