Press the dough into individual tart molds. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream and add the caramel. Stir until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Slowly pour the caramel mixture into the eggs while continuously whisking.

Pour the caramel mixture into the baked tart shells. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool for 1 hour.
