  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  5. Allow the crust to cool slightly. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate layer.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  9. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
