Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out the pastry dough and cut it into circles to fit the tart molds.

Place the pastry circles into the molds and press them gently to fit the shape.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cornstarch until well combined.

Pour the custard mixture into the pastry shells.

Place the tarts in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the custard is set and the pastry is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool for 30 minutes.
