  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and chop the onion and garlic.
  3. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Using a blender, puree the soup until smooth.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream, fresh basil leaves, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  9. Transfer the soup to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  10. While the soup is chilling, prepare the stuffed zucchini blossoms. Gently remove the stamen from the blossoms.
  11. In a small bowl, mix goat cheese and breadcrumbs. Stuff each zucchini blossom with the mixture.
