Chewy, Chunky Blondies
Blondies are often referred to as the sister dessert to brownies, but instead of cocoa powder, blondies are made with brown sugar which gives them their signature chewy texture and rich flavor.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts.

Spread the blondie batter evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
