Ingredients
  • 8 slice Bread slices
  • 8 tablespoon Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly on each bread slice.
  4. Top the sauce with mixed vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the pizzas.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
