Ingredients
  • 32 ounce Tater Tots
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, spread half of the tater tots in an even layer.
  5. Pour half of the soup mixture over the tater tots.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cooked ground beef mixture on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining tater tots, soup mixture, and ground beef.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  10. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with parsley before serving.
