  3. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and salt.
  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the bread dough.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over the butter mixture.
  6. Cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.
  7. Stack the squares or rectangles on top of each other, forming a loaf shape.
  8. Place the loaf in a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Let the bread rest for 5 minutes before serving.
