  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter and minced garlic cloves.
  3. Slice the French baguette lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both cut sides.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
