Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the French bread loaf diagonally without cutting through the bottom.

In a small bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.

Stuff the cheese mixture into the sliced bread loaf.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
