  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice, sour cream, and flour.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
