Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour and sour cream until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 2 hours.
