Ingredients
  • 400 gram Mushrooms
  • 200 gram Cream cheese
  • 100 gram Walnuts
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slice Baguette
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped walnuts, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and walnut mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. While the mushrooms are baking, toast the slices of baguette.
  8. Serve the stuffed mushrooms on top of the toasted baguette slices.
