  7. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom.
  8. Cook the crepe for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
