Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

In a small bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and orange juice until smooth.
