Ingredients
  • 200 gram Digestive biscuits
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 400 gram Condensed milk
  • 100 gram Golden syrup
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking tin and refrigerate.
  3. In a saucepan, heat condensed milk, golden syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until it thickens.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with vegetable oil and spread over the caramel layer.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Cut into slices and serve.
