Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until crumbly.

Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the egg mixture over the crust.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts evenly over the egg mixture.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the nuts.

Crumble the remaining flour mixture over the top.
